Here we are at the end of 2011 … I am already thinking about 2012 but not before making a quick summary of this year and thank all my couples who have let us participate to their most important day….
they welcomed us as friends and shared their emotions.
The selection was not easy, we wanted to summarize a great year … and wish you an amazing 2012 !

Marco Sacco the Chef (2 Stars Michelin) allows guests to enter the kitchen and to observe the work and even cook with him.
Chris and Justin, a funny british couple choose this location and I must say it was the right choice.

Desiree and Gianmarco is a very young couple with a beautiful baby ! The marriage was at Palazzo Dugnani in Milan and their friends and relatives enjoined them all day long. In short, many friends and lots of jokes, 
a brief shower …
but also the sun … 
… so there were all the elements for a nice unforgetable day . Look at some pictures of their wedding: 
This marriage has surprised me, first of the locations, Cinque Terre, Riomaggiore and Vernazza, amazing places where I always return with pleasure.
Fabrizio, the Wedding Planner (a wonderful person, discreet and precise) contacted me a few months before asking for availability for a wedding in that area, I enthusiastically accepted because of Lucia has organized her preparation and dressing on a train !
We started with Lucia and a few friends from Sestri Levante, and they started to work immediately, the bride was so excited… all together decorated the train with ribbons and balloons
In Levanto Pasquale was waiting for us with all the guests who came up in the train …
and we arrived to Vernazza where there was the ceremony.
Figure out… sun, a beautiful fishing village, picturesque narrow streets, people cheering …
After the ceremony we had a little cruise by boat to Riomaggiore where there was the reception …
In short, a perfect day, the nature of the Cinque Terre, the sun, people, music and dance …
I first met Michela and Luca last year, she is a doctor, very sweet and determined, he is a volunteer Fire Department and he does it with passion.
I went to visit them in their home, I presented my portfolio, my marriage and after a while we were talking about photography.
We matched!
If you shoot something, you have to like it, if this happens I can work the best.
The day was a very sweet for me, I will remember Michela and Luca like friends.

Today I want to share an e-mail I received yesterday from Serena and Owen an english couple that I photographed in Varenna on May 30th.
They celebrated their wedding day with happyness in a beautiful summer day, Serena and Owen.
Even for me it was a good day and I thank them for that.

It was a hot sunny day, all guests arrived by a small electric car that crossed the beautiful park at villa Martinelli in Mapello.
